Our networks are one of our greatest assets. Expanding your network is not just about collecting contacts—it's about building relationships that offer fresh perspectives, opening doors to new opportunities, and creating support systems to navigate challenges and achieve goals.
When you connect with another and share an idea, you never know where it could lead.
Over six years ago, I was introduced to an incredible woman who was the first person to ask, "Jamie, have you thought about writing a book?" We struck up a friendship alongside professional opportunities. I have immense respect and appreciation for the woman who, I am delighted to share, has now joined my coaching team!
Meet Annette Pilkington, a certified coach (ACC, NCC, CPQC) with a strong background in Positive Intelligence (PQ) and ontological coaching...and my newest team member!
Annette is deeply passionate about developing people and helping them live their happiest and most effective lives. She is a consummate professional, an insightful coach, and a trustworthy Shero.
Recognized with awards for outstanding mentoring and diversity, inclusion, and access (DI&A) employee engagement, Annette also brings expertise in conflict management, communication, time management, leadership development, and mindfulness. Favorite tools include CoreStrengths 2.0 and Positive Intelligence (PQ) to support clients' growth.
Outside of work, Annette enjoys snow and water skiing, gardening, traveling, and reading.
During my maternity leave, Annette stopped by to meet baby Hollis and discuss ideas for expanding the Sherohood. You might say it was Hollis' first business meeting and an opportunity to strategize new beginnings on multiple levels!
As you consider the value of expanding your network, imagine how a new connection could lead to a meaningful collaboration for you.
And in the meantime, please join me in welcoming Annette!
