So, when challenges arise, I take a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and repeat to myself: “I am brave. I am smart. I am strong.” This small act helps me regain focus and face the situation with confidence.
I encourage you to find your own power statements—affirmations that reflect the strengths you already possess. Practice them regularly, so when those tough moments arise, you can step into your power with clarity and courage.
